How far in advance should I book for a group?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for groups, especially during peak holiday periods. Last-minute bookings may be possible — contact us and we'll do our best.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We accommodate groups from 2 people up to 200+ people, depending on the activity. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer catering for groups?

Yes, we can arrange catering including braai packages. Let us know your requirements when you enquire and we'll work out a full package for you.

Is there accommodation nearby?

Parys has a wide range of accommodation options from guesthouses to self-catering units and larger venues suitable for overnight group stays. We also offer our own on-site Butterfly River Cottage, which can be booked via LekkeSlaap or by contacting us directly, and we’re happy to provide additional recommendations.

Are the activities safe for school learners?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We have age-appropriate activities for all school levels, and all activities are supervised by certified guides. We provide full risk documentation for schools.

Can we mix different activities in one day?

Yes! Many of our group packages combine 2–3 activities in a single day. This is popular for birthday parties, bachelor groups, and corporate events. We'll design the optimal combination for your group.
